Prohibition Texas Bar set for March 1 opening in Old Town Spring featuring cocktails, cigar lounge

Texas Prohibition Bar will open at 26420 Preston Ave., Spring, in Old Town Spring on March 1, serving old-fashioned and modern handcrafted cocktails. The location also features an upstairs cigar lounge and will host a cigar club. Cocktails feature local juices, fruits, herbs and purees. Harris County commissioners propose lower tax rates with split vote
