Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers will open a new location at 1705-B Fry Road, Katy, in April, an employee confirmed via Facebook Messenger. The chain’s menu includes burgers, hot dogs and chicken sandwiches as well as ice cream options, such as sundaes, concretes and cones.
