The Hub Katy opens second coworking office space

The Hub Katy opened a second location at 5614 First St., Katy, across from the MKT Railroad Museum on Aug. 1, founder Tara Wilson said. Formerly a feed store in the 1970s, the office space offers flexible coworking spaces for small businesses, entrepreneurs, freelancers and corporate teams. There are private offices, shared open spaces and a conference room. The First Street office space is furnished with Texas-made furniture and historical photos of the city of Katy. The first location of the coworking office space is at 5705 Fourth St., Katy. 832-795-8812.

    @ Great idea. Wework has an IPO coming out with the same concept. Unfortunately the pricing for this is not inline with market. I can rent an office space in the gallery for half the price as being asked in Katy. Hopefully when this folds someone will try again. With corrected price structure.

    • Hi Robert, pricing ranges from $250-$950/month. While we realize it doesn’t fit every business, the amenities and business networking are in line with pricing. As a local small business owner investing in the city of Katy, I would hope you’d wish us the best as we work to preserve the history of this great city and bring positive business to Katy downtown.
