Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers plans to open its fifth location in the Katy area by Fall 2019 at 20225 Kingsland, Katy. The franchise is a full-time daycare for infants to six-year old kids and has 17 total locations in the Houston area. They focus on character development by combining topics such as technology, science, recycling and helpfulness.
