After its original June 4 opening date was pushed back, The Toasted Yolk Cafe opened at 98 S. Grand Parkway W., Bldg. A. Ste. 100, Katy, on June 20, according to owner Herb Lagarra. The cafe serves made-fromscratch breakfast and lunch dishes and is open 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Sunday. The cafe also serves brunch and cocktails, beer and wine. Lagarra said the cafe is still looking to hire all positions, including kitchen staff.
