Phat Moe’s BBQ opened Jan. 6 in the Fall Creek area at 9526 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. E., Humble. The restaurant’s menu features an assortment of smoked meat options, such as pulled pork, sausage and ribs. Their menu also includes boudin, turkey legs and baked potatoes.
