All Houston Schlotzsky’s, including the Conroe sandwich shop at 507 E. I-45 N. and the Willis location at 12709 I-45 S., Ste. 600, are celebrating rebranding to Schlotzsky’s Austin Eatery with a grand reopening June 22. The revamped concept will include a new menu, according to a press release. The more than 370 locations are scheduled to be rebranded by the end of this summer.
