Alpine Yoga Life Empowerment Center in Conroe to offer donation-based classes for those affected by trauma

Alpine Yoga Life Empowerment Center will begin offering two different donation-based community classes on Tuesdays in November for those affected by trauma. Although the yoga class is open to all yoga students, the class is tailored to those with mental, physical or emotional trauma. In addition to yoga, there will also be a mindfulness meditation class. The center first opened Feb. 12 at 804 W. Dallas St., Ste. 1, Conroe, and offers daily yoga classes at various skill levels. 936-978-0711. www.alpineyogalec.com
