Baltimore-based Atlas Restaurant Group will introduce two concepts, Ouzo Bay and Loch Bar at 4444 Westheimer Road, Houston, on June 17. Ouzo Bay is a Mediterranean-styled seafood restaurant with selections from around the world. Loch Bar combines a raw oyster bar with a speakeasy with a lounge atmosphere and custom cocktails.
