Locally based developer The Platform Group formally opens its mixed-use project in the Boulevard Oaks neighborhood, 2132 Bissonnet St., Houston, in May. The 11,500 square foot building holds offices for Platform, owned by husband and wife Steve and Hilary Ybarra.
