Founded by Glade Gallery owner Dragos Tapu, the nonprofit works to provide accessible fine arts experiences with art education, scholarships, public art projects and exhibits.

The foundation's board of directors also recently announced that two new members were appointed to the leadership team, effective Jan. 1. Those new members include Elisabeth Stavinoha, who will serve as executive director, and Cynthia Reid, who will serve as director of education.
