Glade Arts Foundation will open in January in the former location of The Woodlands Information Center, at 2000 Woodlands Parkway, The Woodlands. Founded by Glade Gallery owner Dragos Tapu, the nonprofit works to provide accessible fine arts experiences with art education, scholarships, public art projects and exhibits. The new building will house a permanent collection of Houston-based painter and sculptor David Adickes as well as temporary exhibits by local and international artists.
