Jambalaya King cajun restaurant coming to Lake Houston Parkway in April
About 5,000 people attended the event, where organizers boiled about 15,000 pounds of crawfish for attendees to enjoy.
Owners and Louisiana natives Kim and Belinda Williams plan to open Jambalaya King in mid-April at 16430 W. Lake Houston Parkway, Ste. 800, Humble. The 1,670-square-foot counter-service restaurant will serve a five-meat jambalaya, chicken and sausage gumbo, red beans and rice, smoked sausage po'boys with Jack Miller’s barbecue sauce, boudin and crawfish in season, as well as sides and desserts.
