Tacos y Tortas Adrian opened a location Dec. 7 at 1997 Katy Mills Blvd., Katy. The restaurant serves traditional Mexican cuisine. Menu items include tacos, tortas, gorditas, flautas and tres leches. A full bar that serves a happy hour with margaritas, beer and cocktails also is available.
