The nonprofit Brookwood Community held a ribbon cutting Dec. 8 for its new gift shop located inside Gallery Furniture at 7227 W. Grand Parkway S., Richmond. The gift shop includes a garden center and helps fund Brookwood Community's programs for adults with special needs. Gallery Furniture donates the space, and shoppers can purchase gift items and plants to support Brookwood's mission.
