Flying Fish is expected to open in summer 2018 at Heritage Creekside, a 156-acre mixed-use development in Plano. The fast-casual restaurant serves fresh catfish, shrimp, oysters, crab legs, salmon, burgers, chicken and crawfish. Flying Fish also has two locations in Dallas and one in Garland.
