Celebrity Cafe & Bakery will open in early August at 4709 W. Parker Road, Ste. 450, Plano, in the former Chocolate Angel storefront. Owners Brian and Brittany Livingston bought the Celebrity Bakery company and reopened locations in Frisco, Dallas and Colleyville as well.
