Construction underway at Hub 121 apartments in McKinney

Hub 121 apartments, located in Craig Ranch at 7201 Henneman Way, McKinney, are under construction. The apartment complex will offer 286 units, high-end appliances, smart apartment features, a resort-style saltwater infinity pool, a resident-only co-working center, a fitness center, a dog park, two dog spas and a bocce ball court, according to a news release from general contractor KWA Construction. Construction on the apartments will be complete in 2020. www.kwaconstruction.com
