rye craft food & drink reopened under new ownership July 18 at 111 W. Virginia Parkway, McKinney, and is now serving lunch and dinner. The restaurant is also expected to begin serving brunch later in September. Menu items include hummus noir and Gnudi—which is a form of pasta that uses very little flour—as well as melon salad, scallops and more.

The restaurant’s new owners, Tanner Agar and Nic Cain, kept the spirit of rye but moved to a small-plates concept, allowing for more opportunities for flexibility and creativity in the kitchen.
