Townhouse Brunch will open in mid-March at 5508 Colleyville Blvd., Ste. 200, Colleyville. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Owner Rima Alicev said drinks, such as mimosas and bloody marys, will be served alongside breakfast fare, such as the restaurant's signature pancakes, eggs Benedict, and salads and sandwiches. Vegan options will also be available.
