McKinney-based restaurant Benny's Cafe will open a second location in mid-February at 4712 Colleyville Blvd., Ste. 100, Colleyville, in the former location of Teddy's Bigger Burgers. The restaurant serves breakfast primarily, but also offers lunch fare, such as burgers, sandwiches and wraps, and salads.
