Shake Shack opened Dec. 23 at 125 Central Ave., Southlake. The Shake Shack menu includes burgers, crinkle-cut fries and handspun shakes as well as frozen custard. Officials said the eco-friendly building is constructed with recycled and sustainable materials, including booths made from lumber certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and tabletops made from bowling alley lanes. 817-809-8545.
