Husband-and-wife duo Shanna and Luis Argote will bring Coolgreens to Texas for the first time at 2211 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 500, Southlake, the former location of East Hampton Sandwich Co. The restaurant is expected to open in mid-January. The menu will feature more than 50 different types of lettuce, vegetables sliced fresh, dressings made from scratch and options for all types of dietary needs, as well as serving wraps, sandwiches and flatbreads.
