Tom Allred will open Pool Scouts on Sept. 19 and will serve the Southlake, Grapevine, Westlake and Trophy Club area. Services will include weekly, bi-weekly and monthly pool cleaning; water testing; filter cleaning; and minor repair services for residential customers.
