A 48,600-square-foot, three-story Class A medical office building called Chapel Crossing will open this fall at 245 W. SH 114, Southlake. The building recently completed construction and physician practices are expected to open this fall. The first practices include Irving Orthopedic & Sports Medicine, Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, Aesthetic Specialists and ATI Physical Therapy. 214-438-6512. www.chapelcrossing.com
