Nizar Bhulani took ownership of Sylvan Learning in Southlake on June 1. The staff will remain the same. The learning center offers supplemental and remedial tutoring services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade in areas of reading, writing, math and test preparations. Students in first through eighth grades can also enroll in summer programs that focus on science, technology, engineering and math.
