New restaurant Coolgreens opened March 25 at 2211 E. Southlake Blvd, Ste. 500, Southlake. The eatery offers salads, wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads and quinoa bowls. Although Coolgreens has several restaurants in Oklahoma, this is the first Texas location. 817-912-1397.
