Local restaurant Chicago Signature closed Feb. 10 at 5600 Colleyville Blvd., Ste. B, Colleyville, due to lack of business. It served Chicago-style food, including hot dogs and Philly sandwiches. Although the location is closed, Chicago Signature plans to launch a food truck to serve the Dallas-Fort Worth area by March. Routes and updates on the food truck will be available on the Chicago Signature Facebook page.
