Anthony Falco, international pizza consultant and former head chef of Roberta's Pizza in Brooklyn, New York will take over Cane Rosso's second pizza oven Friday.

Cane Rosso will open its ninth location within The Star in Frisco in 2017. The restaurant serves wood-fired Neapolitan pizza as well as sandwiches, pasta and dessert. www.canerosso.com
