Papa Lopez Mexican Cantina has pushed backs its opening date for its first Frisco location to later this spring at 6377 Custer Road. The restaurant is expected to open sometime before Cinco de Mayo. The Frisco location is currently under construction and when finished it will seat more than 200 people. The restaurant will serve traditional Mexican dishes, such as gorditas, flautas, enchiladas, tamales and street tacos.
