El Rincon Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar is opening this summer in the former Mellow Mushroom location, 2809 Preston Road, Ste. 1200, Frisco. The restaurant has one other location in downtown Carrollton and serves burritos, tacos, enchiladas and fajitas. Brunch is also served on Sundays.
