Ascension Coffee has four other locations in Dallas and was started in 2012 by restaurateur Russell Hayward. Ascension sources its coffee beans from countries around the world, such as Rwanda, Kenya, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Papua New Guinea. www.ascensiondallas.com
