HoneyLu’s Coffee opened Feb. 18 inside Craig Ranch Fitness & Spa, 7910 Collin McKinney, McKinney. The coffee shop offers breakfast, snacks, smoothies and coffee. Menu items include hand-crafted lemonades, cold pressed juices, breakfast burritos, paninis, salads, sandwiches and wraps. HoneyLu’s also has two locations in Prosper. www.honeylus.com
