The 3,166-square-foot Shake Shack is slated to open Dec. 23 at 125 Central Ave., Southlake, according to a news release. Doors will open at 11 a.m., and customers can enjoy the restaurant’s signature burgers, crinkle fries, shakes and other featured menu items made from all-natural ingredients. Shake Shack will also be serving frozen custard concretes, wine and locally brewed beer from breweries, including Community Beer, Deep Ellum and Four Corners brewing companies.
