Coldwell Banker opened a new central location in Southlake.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Colleyville, Southlake and Keller offices merged under one regional business center, called the Southlake Regional office, in August. The central location at 850 E. SH 114, Ste. 100, Southlake, allows sales associates direct access to marketing, resource and facility support in one space.
The redesigned office of 8,800 square-feet will support 200 affiliated sales associates, led by co-branch managers Sue Barrett and Debbie Dunn.
“By combining the talents of the three offices into a unified location, we will be able to better serve the market as a whole,” Frank Obringer, president, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Dallas/Fort Worth, said in a statement. “Together, with the new office location and continued dedication to the real estate world, we can further deliver our world-class brand and position as a real estate leader in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.”
