The city of Colleyville has expanded its dining options with Chipotle Mexican Grill at 4609 Colleyville Blvd., Colleyville. The restaurant opened June 5 and replaces the former Taco Casa restaurant. Chipotle serves burritos, tacos, burrito and salad bowls, chips and queso, and it will serve beer and margaritas. A grand opening is scheduled for June 12. 817-656-4095. www.chipotle.com
