This week the city of Grapevine and Paycom Software Inc. announced the company will relocate its Texas operations center to Grapevine and will occupy a building to be constructed on 14 acres across from Kubota’s North American headquarters.

With the move Paycom plans to create 1,000 high-paying jobs at this facility that will begin construction in 2019 and should be occupied by 2020.

Paycom is based in Oklahoma and provides payroll and HR services to companies. A press release said Paycom felt Grapevine would be an ideal location to continue its growth in Texas and consolidate some of its current smaller operations.

“The city of Grapevine is pleased to welcome a firm like Paycom that is highly recognized for its product and revenue growth and service excellence," Grapevine Mayor William D. Tate said in a press release. "The city of Grapevine remains committed to bringing best-in-class investments.”
