On Oct. 7 owners of The Roots Bar at Frisco Square announced on Facebook that the bar has closed. The bar opened February 2016 at 6142 Frisco Square Blvd., Frisco. The Roots Bar offered 15 different types of beers, specialty cocktails and food menu items.
