A 48-unit residential development, Sodalis Buda Summit Oaks Assisted Living, will open Nov. 1 as an expansion of the adjacent memory care facility.

Located at 645 FM 967 in Buda, the 34,513-square-foot complex will have a 24-hour staff as well as a salon, an exercise room, a movie theater, a wine bar and a prayer room, among other amenities. The facility will also run a free shuttle service to Buda.

Sodalis Senior Living, which has several locations nearby and statewide, broke ground on the project in January 2017. In the area there least three other assisted-living facilities—one in Kyle, one in Buda and one in San Marcos—currently under development. 512-295-5600. www.sodalissenior.com
