A 48-unit residential development, Sodalis Buda Summit Oaks Assisted Living, will open Nov. 1 as an expansion of the adjacent memory care facility. Located at 645 FM 967 in Buda, the 34,513-square-foot complex will have a 24-hour staff as well as a salon, an exercise room, a movie theater, a wine bar and a prayer room, among other amenities. The facility will also run a free shuttle service to Buda. Sodalis Senior Living, which has several locations nearby and statewide, broke ground on the project in January 2017.
