Pulte Homes has sold half the homesites at two communities in the Northwest Austin area.
Preston Village near Wells Branch will have 200 homes at full buildout with homes priced in the low $300,000s to mid-$300,000s. Parmer Crossing north of SH 45 N will have 250 homes priced in the $320,000s to $400,000s. Construction on both communities started in late 2016, and both are located in Round Rock ISD.
