East Seventh Street Vietnamese food truck Saigon Le Vendeur opened its first brick-and-mortar location April 3 at 9070 Research Blvd., Austin, in the space previously occupied by Dang Kitchen. The new location, called Le Bleu, has a soft-opening menu featuring bahn mi sandwiches, garlic chili wings and Vietnamese iced coffee. The restaurant plans to add goi, a type of Vietnamese salad, as well as curry ramen and pho in the future.
