Palm Beach Tan acquired 44 locations of Darque Tan.

Dallas-based Palm Beach Tan announced Nov. 13 it acquired tanning salon chain Darque Tan.

Forty-four Darque Tan locations were rebranded, and three salons in Houston and one in North Austin at 1701 W. Parmer Lane, Ste. 600, Austin closed. www.palmbeachtan.com
