High-intensity circuit training program F45 Training will open Oct. 1 in The Domain at 3220 Amy Donovan Plaza, Ste. 128, Austin between Zumiez and Flywheel Sports.

F45 offers 37 different 45-minute workouts with different class times throughout the day. www.f45training.com
