Toys R Us announced March 15 it is negotiating in bankruptcy court to close all 735 U.S. locations and liquidate inventory.

Northwest Austin has a Toys R Us and Babies R Us store at 9333 Research Blvd., Bldg. A, Ste. 200, Austin, and a Toys R Us store at 12901 N. I-35, Bldg. 8, Austin. Efforts to merge up to 200 top-performing U.S. stores with its Canadian operations are also underway.
