David McMinn will replace Wade Killough as pastor of Rockbridge Church starting July 2. Killough is the founding pastor of the church and has served with the church for 10 years. McMinn was the campus pastor at Tarleton Wesley at the United Methodist campus ministry for Tarleton University.
