Interstellar BBQ opened Feb. 21 at 12233 N. RM 620, Ste. 105, Austin. The restaurant offers brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs and chicken, along with sides including coleslaw, grits with brisket and pimento potato salad.

The restaurant was formerly the original Noble Sandwich Co., but the owners decided to turn the place into a barbecue restaurant at the end of last year.512-382-6248. www.instagram.com/interstellarbbq
