North Star Georgetown plans to open its first phase of housing units for active adults 55 years of age and older in June. The new development is located at 2211 Westinghouse Road, Georgetown, off FM 1460, and will have a clubhouse, a pool, a dog park, a covered plaza and a park, among other amenities. The first phase will have approximately 50 units, with a total 210 units when built out. The development will take up 12 acres. North Star will begin accepting applications in the new year. More details will be shared as available.
