Guy + Larry Restaurants concept Tumble 22 will open its first brick-and-mortar restaurant in the former Twisted Root Burger Co., 7211 Burnet Road, Austin, in early 2018. The Nashville-style hot chicken purveyor, which operates a food truck at Star Bar on West Sixth Street, will serve bone-in, all-natural chicken with dark, white and mixed meat options.
