The Crossover, which is currently under construction, according to an Oct. 17 press release from D1 Training. The sports complex recently changed its name from iSports.
D1 Training facilities offer age-based fitness programs based on five athletic-based tenets: dynamic warmup, performance guide, strength program, core and conditioning, and cool-down. D1 Training also offers one-on-one training with world-class coaches, according to the release.
D1 Training was founded in 2001 by former NFL player Will Bartholomew. The brand, based in Nashville, began franchising in 2016 and has 24 locations currently. Ken Fidje owns the Cedar Park location and several others.
