New owner takes over rolled ice cream shop in North Austin, adds poke bowls

Ice cream starts out as a liquid and is spread and rolled out on a tray cooled to -14 degrees Celsius.

A new owner in August took over Zero Below Ice Cream, located at 9070 Research Blvd., Ste. 104, Austin, and rebranded the shop to Blu Ocean Poke & Ice Cream.
